Welcome to Crafted Imprints. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Crafted Imprints ("we", "our", or "us") is an online South African business offering physical and digital stationery, gifts, and personalised products.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Products

All our products are made-to-order.

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many of our products, slight variations in colour, placement, size, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Custom Orders Policy

Many of our products are created specifically for each customer.

Before placing your order, please ensure that all information provided is accurate, including:

Names
Dates
Spellings
Colours
Design selections
Fonts
Personalisation details
Uploaded images or artwork

Crafted Imprints is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If we notice a possible error or require clarification, we may contact you before production begins. This may extend the processing time.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or altered.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that:

contain offensive or inappropriate content
infringe on trademarks or copyrights
violate South African law
cannot reasonably be produced to our quality standards

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, or other content submitted for personalised products.

4. Order Processing Policy

Every order is carefully reviewed and prepared before production.

Our standard processing time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on:

whether the item is personalised
current order volumes
supplier availability
seasonal demand
public holidays

Processing time begins once payment has been successfully received.

Courier delivery times are separate from processing times.

Large or complex custom orders may require additional production time. If significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically.

As our digital downloads are prepared and delivered manually, delivery may not be immediate. Files are typically sent after payment has been confirmed and processed.

Digital products are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not:

resell
redistribute
reproduce
share
modify for commercial resale

without prior written permission from Crafted Imprints.

Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final once delivered.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Crafted Imprints reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order has been fulfilled.

7. Payments

Orders will only enter production after full payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

8. Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Orders are dispatched using trusted courier partners, including:

The Courier Guy

Delivery estimates provided by couriers are approximate and are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are personalised or made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom products
Personalised products
Made-to-order items
Digital downloads
Gift cards (where applicable)

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate and assist.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

10. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Crafted Imprints website, including but not limited to:

logos
branding
product designs
artwork
graphics
photographs
downloadable files
written content

remains the exclusive property of Crafted Imprints unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Product Colours and Handmade Variations

We make every effort to accurately display product colours.

However, colours may vary due to:

monitor settings
mobile device displays
printing methods
lighting
handmade production processes

These differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

Crafted Imprints shall not be liable for:

courier delays
lost parcels after confirmed delivery
customer spelling or artwork errors
indirect or consequential losses
delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product where required by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
